About the Role

 

We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Marketing Executive to join our Payments division, supporting two of ClearCourse’s key brands, ClearAccept and ClearDebit.

 

These brands are central to ClearCourse’s growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment where you’ll help shape campaigns, manage digital channels, and bring fresh ideas to life.

 

You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to deliver marketing activity across multiple channels, supporting lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. If you’re creative, organised, and love seeing your work make an impact, this could be the ideal next step in your marketing career.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

No two days will be the same. You’ll be involved in a variety of projects, including:

 

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, email, and events.

  • Creating and proofreading engaging marketing copy for blogs, emails, social posts, and collateral.

  • Coordinating activity with design and digital teams to deliver standout creative assets.

  • Managing day-to-day posting and engagement on social media channels.

  • Helping to organise industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity drives leads and conversions.

  • Tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing calendars, and supporting budget management.

 

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being part of a high-performing, fast-moving team.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

You don’t need to be an expert in payments or fintech — what matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and desire to grow. You’ll also bring:

 

  • Around 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (B2B experience a plus).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience running or supporting digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms.

 

Bonus points if you have:

 

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or payments.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive).

  • A creative mindset and a passion for crafting great content.
