Procurement Operations Analyst (3-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a hands-on Procurement Operations Analyst to support a key initiative—migrating corporate card spend to Pleo across the group. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of the process end-to-end, ensuring progress is tracked, stakeholders are engaged, and outcomes are delivered.

Working closely with Procurement, you’ll play a critical role in improving how we manage spend, bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to the migration.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyse corporate card data to identify and prioritise recurring spend
• Map merchants to business owners and coordinate migration activities
• Drive stakeholder outreach and maintain consistent follow-ups
• Track progress, manage exceptions, and ensure full visibility of status
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and blockers

What we’re looking for

• Experience in procurement, finance operations, or project coordination
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and persistent—someone who drives progress
• Strong Excel skills (data handling, tracking, reporting)
