CSY Retail Systems are an established and growing company that provides IT systems and e-commerce web sites to retailers.
We are looking for a dynamic Support Person to join our Helpdesk team. You will be providing support to our customer base for their EPOS hardware and software.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking customer support calls
- Diagnosis of hardware and software issues over the phone and via remote access
- Assisting customers to resolve software and hardware problems.
- Liaising with other departments to assist with resolving customer issues
Experience required:
- A sound understanding of IT hardware and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Able to work in a team
- A patient and organised approach
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
- Able to work under pressure
- A willingness to keep up to date with IT developments
- Experience of EPOS systems an advantage
- Great phone manner
The helpdesk operates 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Your hours of work are mainly 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri, but you will be required to work some shifts which will be agreed with you.
