CSY Retail Systems are an established and growing company that provides IT systems and e-commerce web sites to retailers.
We are looking for a dynamic Support Person to join our Helpdesk team. You will be providing support to our customer base for their EPOS hardware and software.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Taking customer support calls
  • Diagnosis of hardware and software issues over the phone and via remote access
  • Assisting customers to resolve software and hardware problems.
  • Liaising with other departments to assist with resolving customer issues
 
Experience required:
  • A sound understanding of IT hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Able to work in a team
  • A patient and organised approach
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A willingness to keep up to date with IT developments
  • Experience of EPOS systems an advantage
  • Great phone manner
 
The helpdesk operates 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Your hours of work are mainly 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri, but you will be required to work some shifts which will be agreed with you.
