Are you a NetSuite expert ready to take on a high-impact, fast-paced project? ClearCourse is seeking an experienced NetSuite Onboarding Analyst on a contract basis to help integrate newly acquired businesses into our finance ecosystem.

 

You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering streamlined NetSuite configurations, CRM and bank integrations, and smooth data migrations across multiple brands. If you’re driven by efficiency, automation, and systems performance—this is the contract for you.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Configure newly acquired businesses in NetSuite, including customisation
  • Lead data migrations from legacy finance systems into NetSuite
  • Build CRM integrations using Celigo
  • Develop bank and other system integrations as required
  • Maintain and enhance onboarding blueprints and documentation
  • Work across multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, BI, and Tech

 

What You’ll Need to Hit the Ground Running:

  • 5+ years’ NetSuite experience (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Freemarker, HTML)
  • Strong background in NetSuite data migration projects
  • Celigo integration developer experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Experience in core finance process mapping and systems onboarding
  • Ability to manage system testing and test plans
  • Agile, self-starting mindset with project focus
