At Harbour Assist, part of ClearCourse, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team and be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. This role combines consultative selling, product expertise, and relationship-building within the marine industry.

Essential skills and experinece

  • Working knowledge of the maritime industry - such as marina operations, harbour management, boatyards, or marine services.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, marine technology, or a related maritime sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident delivering online and in-person product demos.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Competent with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Desirable

  • Existing network within marinas, harbours, marine associations, or leisure marine businesses.
  • Experience selling software into operational environments.
  • Ability to travel to marinas, harbours, and industry events across the UK and internationally.
