What You’ll Do
- Support clubs via phone, email & helpdesk
- Troubleshoot queries and escalate development needs
- Deliver online and in-person system training
- Support customer onboarding & data set-up
- Keep CRM/helpdesk records accurate
- Build relationships that support customer retention
