Join our team this Christmas and help us make the festive season extra special!

We’re looking for organised, enthusiastic Fulfilment Assistants to join our in-house fulfilment team in Lymington for the busy Christmas period. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched perfectly — helping gifts arrive on time and keeping the Christmas magic alive.

The Role

As a Fulfilment Assistant, you’ll:

Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately
Handle physical stock items such as bottles of Champagne and gift vouchers
Pack items into beautiful, branded boxes and envelopes ready for dispatch
Maintain high standards of presentation, accuracy, and organisation
Work as part of a small, supportive team to meet daily deadlines
Keep work areas tidy and follow safe working practices

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Great communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organised, and quality-focused
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
Previous fulfilment or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential
Must be 18 or over (due to handling alcohol)

Hours & Availability

This temporary role runs from mid-November until Monday 23rd December. You’ll need to be available every Monday during this period, with additional shifts available throughout the week.
We offer flexible part-time hours, ideally mornings — whether that’s one day a week or a few days a week, we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
