Business Development Manager – Hospitality SaaS
Location: Remote (within the UK, occasional travel to Bristol HQ)
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + £15,000 capped commission + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We’re looking for a driven and consultative Business Development Manager to join our team and help us take Rezcontrol to the next stage of growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships across the hospitality sector, and delivering compelling demonstrations of our software to prospective clients.

What you’ll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, phone outreach, and social media engagement

Developing a deep understanding of Rezcontrol and its benefits for clients

Taking a consultative approach to selling, ensuring solutions align with client requirements

Delivering confident and engaging online (and occasional onsite) software demonstrations

Raising awareness of Avon Data and enhancing our brand profile across the industry
What we’re looking for

Proven track record in SaaS sales with consistent achievement of targets

Experience in the hospitality sector, ideally within hotels or PMS software

Excellent relationship-building skills and a team-focused mindset

Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely while staying connected with the team
