We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager (Junior Account Executive) to support our account management team at ClearCourse. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of customer success, client engagement, and commercial growth—with training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to software products and clients.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support senior team members in managing a portfolio of software clients

  • Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions

  • Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars

  • Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback

  • Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track client touchpoints

  • Monitor basic account health metrics and flag issues to the team

  • Contribute to renewal documents and commercial proposals

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to support client conversations

  • Assist in distributing marketing content that enhances the customer journey

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A keen interest in technology and SaaS

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Teams (or similar tools)

  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not essential

  • A team player with a can-do attitude and customer-first mindset
