ThinkSmart Software, part of the ClearCourse Group, is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to support our Australia-based clients and prospects. This role offers the perfect blend of solution selling, relationship management, and the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, growing company.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and existing clients
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects, developing a strong sales pipeline
  • Research and qualify new leads, understanding their business needs
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and partner referrals to convert leads
  • Present software solutions clearly and confidently to clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Track and manage opportunities using PipeDrive CRM
  • Monitor performance, sales metrics, and suggest improvements to streamline success
  • Work closely with onboarding, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Experience in solution-based selling, ideally in the SaaS or tech space
  • A confident presenter with strong negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage a pipeline
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to meet targets
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive)
  • Previous exposure to IT or SaaS sales is desirable, but not essential
