ClearCourse is looking for a Implementation Support person to join us in a brand new role, which has opened up due to the team expanding. You will have a chance to be hands on with our clients, offering a consultative and informative process to drive customer success strategy.



What will this role consist of? 


  • Offering extensive support to customers over the phone and on video conference calling

  • Assessing issues to make sure they receive a comprehensive fix

  • Escalating tickets if the fix requires more senior team member to troubleshoot

  • Organising tickets and keeping an accurate log of progress

  • Helping customers with information imports

  • Delivering training to customers


Desirable experience/characteristics :


  • Highly out going with excellent communication skills

  • The ability to think and find solutions to problems on the spot

  • A confident approach to meeting new people which will also include presenting
