ClearCourse is continuing to grow its portfolio of innovative SaaS businesses, and we’re looking for a detail-focused Operations Administrator to support our GOb2b team.

This is a part-time, hybrid role ideal for someone highly organised and proactive, who enjoys supporting both operational delivery and customer-facing teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects, onboarding, and account management activities run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support across the Operations and Development team
  • Support delivery of new projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Onboarding Leads on account activities
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing account management tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
  • Help ensure a consistently high level of customer experience
  • Support initiatives focused on revenue growth and customer retention
