ClearCourse Retail Division is seeking a Full-Time Finance Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing finance and admin support across the different brands within the retail division as required. The main responsibilities would be:

 

  • Maintain financial systems that record and report on financial activities, provide as requested information to allow strategic and operational decision making
  • Assist with the rollout of new finance processes across the division and the relevant documentation
  • Support with the monitoring of stock & COGS monthly values
  • First line of contact for purchase ledger queries

 

Desirable attributes and experience:

 

  • Experience in Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger and general accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software- Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Logical thinker with excellent problem- solving skills
