As our Product Owner, you will be working with stakeholders to align roadmaps and strategies. You will work with our customers to build out requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria and work with our UX, UI and engineering teams to bring things to life. Validating requirements with clients and compiling documentation. You'll be involved in the whole project lifecycle, working in a wide range of sectors in the health space. This is a busy role, with a lot of moving parts that are moving very quickly - there is never a dull moment. Releasing 2 - 3 times per week using CI/CD pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive execution of the product roadmap aligned with business strategy 

  • Gather and prioritise requirements from customers and stakeholders 

  • Create detailed product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes 

  • Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives 

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, customer support and sales teams 

  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement  

  • Develop and deliver product documentation both for internal stakeholders and customers 

  • Accept or reject project deliverables based on agreed-upon acceptance criteria 

  • Participate in creating prototypes and mock-ups with Product UX/Design 

  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis for key product decisions 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years experience as a Product Owner in a B2B SaaS environment 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  

  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and associated tool 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field 

  • Knowledge of product life cycles and UI/UX principles
